PowerSchool Instructions

You can create a parent userid and link all your children to this id. You can then use that single login to view all your children's data.

You need to do the initial setup once. You’ll use the user/password you create to access the data from that point on.

Steps to setup your username and password:

  • Use this link to access the PowerSchool login screen

  • Click the Create Account tab, then click the Create Account button

  • Fill in the required information: name, email address, and the username and password you want to use for PowerSchool access

  • In the “Link Students to Account” section you enter the information for all of your students.  The Access ID and Access Password are unique to each student and should have been given to you.     Contact the office or Scott LeBaron (slebaron@ah19.org) if you need this information.                                

  • Click Enter at the bottom of the form to save the information.

  • An email will be sent to the email address you entered above. Click the verification link to complete this process. (Check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see it in your Inbox).

In the future, simply login to PowerSchool with this newly created username and password. If you linked multiple students, they will have separate tabs within PowerSchool so you can view all your student's data with the single login.

The PowerSchool App:

There is a PowerSchool app available for an iPhone or Android device. If using the app, the Alden-Hebron School Disctrict code you will need is MQCX. This code is not needed if accessing PowerSchool from an Internet Browser.
